At St. Mark's, OutReach is pretty simple- We want to get out into our community, build real relationships, help where we can, and have some fun while we're doing it. We're family-focused, and around here, "family" means whatever family looks like to you. Big families, little families, blended families, chosen families, grandparents raising grandkids, one-person households, kids, no kids... You get the idea. If you consider yourselves a family, that's good enough for us... And if you don't have anyone... You will soon around here!

A big part of OutReach is simply getting to know the people around us. We want St. Mark's to be more than a building people drive past- we want to be a neighbor. That means building relationships with the local families, schools, organizations, businesses, and others doing good work in our community. Sometimes that looks like working together to meet a need, sometimes it's showing up to support one another, and sometimes it starts with nothing more complicated than sitting down, sharing a meal, and getting to know each other through one of our many events we will be hosting throughout the year! 

Some OutReach events are about serving. Some are about bringing our community together. Sometimes, we're just creating an excuse to eat good food, laugh, and spend time with people we might not have met otherwise. You don't have to sign your life away or show up to everything. Be a part of all, be a part of some... Just be here!
